The present General Conditions of Sale detailed below (herein referred to as “general conditions”) exclusively determine the contractual relations between every customer who uses the Suboart website (herein referred to as “user”) and Ulrike Nina Seidel (Ulrike Seidel), an individual businesswoman with the Number of Taxpayer 300 650 132 (hereafter referred to as ‘Suboart’).

The general conditions of sale are the only ones to be applied and they replace all other conditions, except for prior express agreement in writing. Suboart may from time to time modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and this must also be re-read at each visit to the Suboart website (herein referred to as the “Site”). We consider that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general conditions of sale.

By connecting to the site, the customer undertakes to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use.

Product Information, Pricing & Shipping

The sales prices indicated on the website are in Euros, VAT included. Suboart declines all responsibility in case of error or inaccuracy in the conversion system used.

Suboart reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it tries to apply the rates in force that were indicated on the website at the time the customer placed the order.

The images that illustrate the digital products do not enter into the contractual field and do not place any commitment on the part of Suboart.

Suboart tries its very best to provide the exact product information, however, Suboart does not take any responsibility for any inaccurate information.

Delivery and Payments

There are no shipping costs for digital products.

Once the customer has made the payment, the customer will receive an email with a link for download. The download will be available for 24 hours.

Available Payment Methods are Credit Card and PayPal. For Portuguese residents we also offer payment with MBWay on request. In case you’d like to pay with another method, please get in touch with us at info@suboartmagazine.com, indicating the desired payment method and the product(s) you would like to purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however, we can’t guarantee it’ll be possible.

Suboart declines all responsibility in case of error or inaccuracy of the email address provided by the customer. In case the customer is not able to download the product within 24 hours after receiving the email with the link, Suboart is not obliged to re-send the link as not downloading the product in time is an error on the customer’s side. However, we encourage customers to get in touch with us in that case and we’ll do our best to help.

In case you would like to receive a receipt with your tax number and/or other personal details, please get in touch with us via email at info@suboartmagazine.com right after your purchase. In case you don’t get in touch with us right after your purchase, we won’t be able to issue a personalized receipt. Personalized receipts are in Portuguese language.

Refunds

No refund is available for digital products.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All products offered on www.suboart.com are copyright protected. No part of the products may be reproduced or transmitted in any form by any means digitally or manually, including photocopying, recording, online publishing, or otherwise without prior written permission from the publisher, Ulrike Seidel (also referred to as “Suboart” or “Suboart Magazine”). It is strictly forbidden to resell them, digitally or manually. The customer can find more details about the copyright and intellectual property in the “Editorial” section of the products.

When purchasing on or more products, the customer agrees to respect the copyright and terms and conditions.
